Returns

At Veylor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you’re not completely happy, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer guidelines.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for sizing issues, subject to product availability.

If you require a different size, please contact our support team and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it efficiently.

In such cases, we will offer:

  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method
